Dr. Andrew Baker graduated with dual degrees in physics and biological sciences from Clemson University in South Carolina. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina before completing his residency training in OtolaryngologyโHead and Neck Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University.
As a comprehensive otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon, Dr. Baker specializes in allergy, rhinology (nasal and sinus surgery), otology (ear surgery), thyroid and parathyroid surgery and salivary gland disorders. Demonstrating a strong commitment to clinical advancement, he was one of only 13 residents nationwide to receive the prestigious AAO-HNS CORE grant in 2018 to pursue cochlear-implantation research.
Dr. Baker believes that high-quality care relies first and foremost on strong patient-physician relationships. For him, a clinic visit is as much about building trust as it is about developing an effective treatment plan. He strives to create a compassionate, welcoming environment where all patients and their loved ones feel safe and heard.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Baker is an avid cyclist, hiker and traveler. He and his wife are the proud parents of two rescue dogs, Watson and Wren.ย
